le Vampir

So, Halloween is around the corner and in the spirit of things i decided to do an outfits post with a, yes you guessed it by the title of this post and time of year, VAMPIRE THEME!! But looking at the pics now its a bit sub standard... awkward. And i spent so long fighting with the camera, cos its a 10 mega pixel slut that doesn't want to work like a normal camera, so there are no long/full body shots but take my word, i was wearing my new boots from the previous post. Cos i know how much you guys care about this, hahaha. Anyways in this shoot im wearing Jack London suit pants, black Wayne Cooper shirt, grandma's old trench, i chopped the sleeves off (how cleaver am i? lol) studded Comme Des Garcons coat, Burberry gum boots, and a bowler hat. Again, riveting posts!. lol Next outfits post should be better, i hope...
omg, nearly forgot, handed in my prototype yesterday got a pretty nice mark, and have one more folio to go, so im pretty pleased with life, 4 months of freedom here i come!!! i will post my prototype soon!
Also was just wondering about what to wear/go as for Halloween. For some reason i want to incorporate black glitter and fake blood but dunno how, wouldn't want to look wrong or anything hahahah. If anyone has any ideas, please feel free to let me know, cos i am well and truly stumped. Much appreciated!
bye for now! :D

yep, gum boots

lol, OK, so i went out to dinner with some friends the other night and came home with a pair of Burberry gum boots. Yep, thats right gum boots! God only knows why i would acquire gumboots on the cusp of summer, but hey, look i did. They were my friend Joe's, but didnt fit him no more, so i thoughtfully took them of his hands. How selfless am i? hahaha. Whilst at Joe's the 5 of us creative types decided to stage a shoot. It was pretty fun, i may or may not have broken the toilet seat while over enthusiastically trying to set a scene, but thats a story for another time. .. Ci, Joe and i styled the shoot, Bridie was our absolutely spectacular model, Olivia  was in charge of photography, but we are dicks hand had no actual camera to take pictures with and lets face it, mobile phone camera's just don't cut the mustard, and so the pictures arnt good quality, so basically we have decided to redo the shoot, so look out...
Anyway this blog entry was meant to be about le Burberry gum boots, but i as per usual have gone off on a tangent... loser... lol but here are some pics of the boots ;)

Fuck me im Famouse

Heya! wow, ok, so pretty excited *breathes into paper bag* iv just received my first form of publicity. Lets be honest, wasn't expecting anything of the sort so soon. now i feel like i have this immense pressure to keep the postings of a certain standard consistency not to mention on time. At uni we have this amazing spectacular late submission policy, where anything handed in within the first week of it being due only loses 10% of its mark. if only i could apply this to blogging, cos im pretty unorganized and not consistent with my posts. im gonna work on this kids, just bare with me as i learn the ropes of the blogging arena. I'd like to thank my three and a half readers for there support.
Cheers big ears,
oh and here's a link to the article in which i am cited. :D

They call it 'Parklife'

Heya!
I havn't blogged for a while and so today i thought it was necessary for me to publish another instalment, chapter of my life if you will. Those of you who are in Australia will most likely know that Parklife the music festival was held on Saturday (yesterday at the time of posting this blogpost) in Melbourne. For those of you who don't, basically its a large day long music festival in each major city of Australia, even Adelaide  (Audrey, that one's for you). *winks and points* there are 4 stages and various local and international artist performing throughout the day. And naturally everyone gets trashed and fucked up. I like the idiot that i am decided to NOT take pictures of the event even though i had the friggen camera in my backpack. but fear not, i have solved this visual dilemma by scouring the facebooks of my friends and steeling pictures from them. Im yet to tell them that, lol.
One of the best parts of the day was watching the mass break in. We were sitting on the grass on the hill minding our own business when about 30 people climbed the fence and ran in and dispersed into the rowds. Obviously they were chased by security guards and most of them got in except for one man who was unlucky enough to get caught. Would hate to be him! There were many successful and non successful break ins which were all amusing to watch.
