VCAa

Hello there,
On Monday i went to Cami and Nadia's 'DI$COUNT' studio. I decided that it would be nice to bring them some lunch and as my birthday was on the week end (yes, please congratulate me on surviving the first 18 years of my life, lol, i am now a smart mature and sassy 19 year old. hahahaha) i had lots of Russian food left over at home. Traveling on the train was like high school all over again, people looking at me as they could smell a multitude of unfamiliar ethnic smells that are far different from your usual Vegemite or pie aroma. I got off the tram and i saw them standing at the corner, they waved, then Nadia semi jumped up and ran away. i loled and walked up to Cami, latter did i find out that she ran into an Asian grosser and impulse bought me a birthday present. hahahaha, i was genuinely touched by that sentiment. So i bet your wandering what i got, yeah yeah? I got a pack of Pocky (Japanese fruit covered sticks) a push pop and some crazy cool grape flavored goo/paste. We were all fascinated by the last gift. I call it anorexia paist, cos like you can not eat and then when your a bout to pass out, have a bit of that stuff and hey presto, instant energy hit, not that im anorexic or advocating anorexia.... awkward.
Afterward we made our way to the VCA (Victorian College of the Arts) graduate exhibition. It was Fantastich! Again i spent more time at the bar than at the art works, but it was a 60:40 split. LOL i did do some wandering and came to the conclusion that VCA is pretty damn amazing, the students are insanely talented and the campus makes me jiz. If only they had a fashion course, cos the rmit campus, while being well equipped, is hardly inspirational. There were all kinds of people! OMG i was watching this art video about a waman plaster casting a naked ladies breasts. I was curious how it ends and thus didn't realize that i was standing there watching the 'art' for too long, until a pair of lesbians walked up and started laughing at me. I giggled like a school girl and ran off. lol afterward i went to dumplings, yet again. Mother efff i'v had sooo many dumplings in the last few weeks, you'd think i'd have had enough. A normal person would have graciously declined after the 3rd time, but apparently not I. So from this week im on water, air and grape flavored goo. lol

Oh me oh my

Hey, the other day Lime Drop had there store launch in the beautiful GPO building, and me being the scene kid that i am also came along. Apparently im "scene", i dont know what they mean *says whilst burning bowler hat* but seriously. Oh well, cant please everyone. LOL and yet i try.... LAAAAME. lol
Ok so back the the actual topic of this post, multiple personality syndrome aside, Lime Drop. I am lead to believe that its a temporary pop up store so peeps go while its still there, but Im always out of the loops so don't trust me on that one. hahaha. There were soo many people there and obviously the booz was complimentary. Seriously what is with me and drinking? is that all i ever write about? where i got plastered for free? wow what a life i lead, and naturally my 3 and a half readers are 'fascinated' by that. NOT
Anyway here are some pictures before this becomes another 'lets wallow in self pity' post: LOL

TWENTY EIGHT

Hey! Last night i went to the RMIT fashion exhibition. It was soooo good! It was held in the old disheveled hotel thing above the Carlton club. The graduates all had rooms in which they displayed there garments in an instillation. We all wandered from room to room, but bloody hell was it hot. Sweating like a pig i was along with other students and teachers and parents. It was a beautiful bonding moment, really. LOL
The works were fantastic, i was shitting myself as i wandered looking at the fruits of there labor. They are seriously talented. I think these sorts of things are great, especially because they give me drive and motivation as well as heart palpitations. I was talking to this girl Monday night at public bar, as you do, and as we are both Russian we both understood the genetic desire to achieve as well as the conditioning to be the best in the 'new' country from a young age. lol. For example, back in the day, if i was to say: get 97% on a test my parents wouldn't say: 'Congratulations! have an icy-pole.' they would say: 'well done, but why not 100%?'  I remember when i would go for walks with my dad in primary school, he would always ask me times tables. lol He was a touch disappointed when i quit maths in year 10. Im a creative type, you see... hahahahah
Mother eeff, ranting again.
Anyway, latter that night i met up with some other fashion students and we went to Shanghai dumplings. Me being the dickhead that i am, accidentally misguided the amount of vegetarians at the table and ordered too many servings of fried pork dumplings. So there we were in a predicament, we ate sooooo many effing dumplings and now i think iv reached my lifetime allowance for dumplings. Nice one Vlad. lol, in the end we had an entire serving left over so we fed it to some aggressive possums at the Carlton gardens, whilst sipping on the finest 'Fruity Lexia' Sunnyvale had to offer. Good times, good times!
Here are the pictures: i must warn, i did get a bit trigger happy with the camera, so there are lots of pictures. lol

Somewhere... over the rainbow

HI HI!
Last night was the opening of the new mad cool store called 'Somwhere', and naturally i made it my business to be there, if anything for the free booz. lol It was really nice, sooo many people were there and as it happens our combined body heat made the actual store impossibly hot. So we all kinda spilled out onto the road for unnecessary smokes, with a bottle of VB 'RAW' in one hand (product placement, now just waiting for the checks to role in, hahaha) and a Marlboro cigarette in the other (wow, double wammie!!). Classy. Saw some really amazing people who i havn't seen in a while, stalked facehunter for a bit more. LOL. Afterward, some friends and i went to a park and drank beer. It was nice.
I think my camera and i are starting to resolve our issues, just thought you guys should know. its still a slut, but it my slut now. hahahah

BOOO YOU WHORE

Hey guys!!
Sorry i havnt posted in a while, iv just been a lazy shit. lol
Anyway the other week, i went to the Melbourne Theater Comapany's garage sale. It was incredible!! Sooo many costume and props for sale, and for obscenely cheep prices!!! So i was there, rummaging through the many racks and i found these two amazing jackets, one was this navy blue nylon thing, with elasticated back, and the other was a military style pea-coat. They were $10 each. Bargan! Well, some sad excuse for a human being FUCKING STOLE THEM FROM MY BOX!!!!!!!!!!!!! *smashes fist onto table* I was not pleased to say the least, so i angrily wandered inkling for a fight. I was, no joke, looking at what people had found in hopes of a confrontation over my lost love. Thinking back now, i may have over reacted. Lucky that i didnt find them because the scene would have been ugly. But seriously, who does that?!!! WHORE!
Anyway, i found a cool pair of knee high men's riding boots in a fantastically disheveled condition for $5! So that kinda made me feel better. Here they are: lol
That day in general was quite tedious, connex was being a bitch, and Jov's birthday in Geelong (LOL) was fun, yet sooo messy. For the record i never want to step foot in 'the Nash' again.
But anyway, i gotsta run!
